Our quality assurance process begins with stringent incoming inspection protocols. Every shipment arriving at our New Jersey warehouse is subjected to multi-level verification procedures including visual inspection, documentation verification, part number cross-checking, and traceability tracking. Components are examined for manufacturer markings, lot codes, date codes, MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level), RoHS/REACH compliance, and conformity to datasheet specifications.

We follow standardized inspection procedures aligned with globally recognized industry benchmarks such as AS6081, AS5553, ISO 9001, and ANSI/ESD S20.20. For aerospace and military-grade components, our processes meet or exceed the testing and handling protocols recommended by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and JEDEC standards. Our dedicated quality control team ensures that all procedures adhere to the exacting expectations of our mission-critical clients.

To detect and prevent counterfeit or substandard components, AMPEL employs both in-house and third-party testing services. These include decapsulation analysis, X-ray imaging, XRF material analysis, electrical testing, acetone/solvent testing, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) when required. Our team works closely with certified test labs that hold credentials such as ISO/IEC 17025, ensuring every test result meets the highest accuracy and reliability standards. Our warehousing facility is engineered with environmental safeguards that preserve the integrity and lifespan of sensitive components. Temperature and humidity are strictly monitored and controlled. All Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices are handled within ESD-safe zones, supported by wrist straps, ESD flooring, ionizers, and shielding materials. Storage bins are anti-static and all packaging is done using conductive or dissipative materials.

AMPEL maintains full compliance with JEDEC packing standards, including dry packing procedures for moisture-sensitive devices. Components are vacuum-sealed with humidity indicator cards and desiccants as required. All labeling follows OEM-recommended formats, including barcoding, part numbers, lot traceability, and CoC (Certificate of Conformance) data. Our goal is to mirror OEM packing standards to ensure seamless integration into customer manufacturing environments. Military and aerospace programs demand the highest level of component reliability, and AMPEL meets these expectations through full compliance with AS6081 guidelines. These standards focus on mitigating the risk of counterfeit components in the supply chain through authentication, inspection, testing, and documentation. Our warehouse layout is optimized for FIFO (First In First Out) tracking and shelf-life monitoring. Every product is barcoded and linked to its certificate of origin and inspection history within our inventory management system.
